1. Order Processing Timeline

Haulsie processes orders quickly to ensure timely delivery.

  • Handling Time: 1 business day (Monday – Friday)
  • Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (EST)

Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST are typically processed the same business day. Once processing begins, changes may no longer be possible.


2. Cancellation Policy

a. Cancellation Window

Orders can only be canceled within a limited timeframe:

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted before 5:00 PM EST on the same day the order is placed

After this time, the order is considered processed and cannot be canceled.


b. How to Cancel an Order

To request a cancellation:

  1. Contact us immediately at support@haulsie.com
  2. Include your order number and request to cancel
  3. Our team will confirm whether the cancellation is successful

We strongly recommend submitting your request as soon as possible to increase the likelihood of approval.


c. After Shipment

If your order has already been shipped:

  • Cancellation is no longer possible
  • You must follow the Return & Refund Policy after delivery

3. Order Modification Policy

a. What Can Be Changed

Before processing, you may request changes such as:

  • Shipping address
  • Product size or variant
  • Quantity adjustments

All changes are subject to availability and approval.


b. Modification Deadline

  • Requests must be made before 5:00 PM EST on the same day of purchase

After this deadline, changes cannot be guaranteed.

  3. Clearly state the requested changes

4. Address Changes

Accurate shipping information is essential for successful delivery.

  • Address changes are only possible before order processing
  • Once shipped, Haulsie cannot modify the delivery address
  • Customers are responsible for any issues caused by incorrect addresses

If an incorrect address results in a failed delivery, additional shipping fees may apply.


5. Failed or Late Requests

Requests submitted after the allowed timeframe may not be processed.

In such cases:

  • The order will proceed as originally placed
  • Customers may return the item after delivery under the Return Policy

6. Refunds for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved:

  • A full refund will be issued
  • No cancellation fees will be charged
