How do I place an order?

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Yes—but timing is critical.

  • You must request changes or cancellations before 5:00 PM EST on the same day of purchase
  • After this time, orders are processed and cannot be modified or canceled

I didn’t receive an order confirmation email. What should I do?

First, check your spam or junk folder. If you still can’t find it, contact our support team with your details, and we’ll assist you promptly.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

  • Address changes are only possible before processing (before 5:00 PM EST)
  • After shipment, changes are no longer possible

My package says delivered but I didn’t receive it.
